APPROVAL STATUS:   The retail center has MXD concept plan which allows for the retail center and other commercial uses. Based upon final siting of the retail buildings, requisite plans will be prepared and approved.

The residential portion of the Brunswick Crossing PUD has received full Phase I, II and III preliminary plan approvals which secure the ability to develop 1,505 residential units.  The project is planned to be developed in seven phases.  The first phase consists of 230 units and includes the welcome/community center and pool and recreation facilities for the PUD. This first phase has been fully engineered, has received final plan approval and construction is underway.  Three model homes  were recently completed by Advantage Homes abd homes by Ryan are underway.
